Who are you?
DOMA Concierge is the personal service side of DOMA - Montenegro’s established property platform, with real listings and vetted agencies. So you’re not hiring a stranger off Facebook; you’re working with the team behind the site you’re on. Real people, based here on the coast, and you’ll always deal with a named person - never a call centre.
Is this legal?
Yes. We’re a paid finder and advisor - we find, visit and vet homes and introduce you to a licensed agent. The agent handles the sale or the tenancy, and the money. We never broker the deal or take a cut.
What if you can’t find anything?
There’s no obligation until we’ve spoken and agreed we can help. You only pay once we both know it’s a fit - so you’re never paying for nothing.
How much does it cost?
This is a hands-on, premium service - one flat fee for the work, agreed up front, the same whatever you rent or buy. We’ll give you the exact number as soon as we understand what you’re after. No commission, no percentage, no surprises.
